• Orders received Monday through Thursday by 1:00 p.m. CST are usually processed the same day.
• Orders received Monday through Thursday after 1:00 p.m. CST are usually processed the next business day.
• All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. CST on Fridays are typically shipped by the close of business on Monday.

• When using standard shipping method within the continental USA, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, it can take up to 5 business days from the date your order is shipped.
• Other options include UPS 2 Day service, 2 Business days delivery, UPS Next Day service and 1 Business day delivery.
• A signature is required for all UPS shipments upon receipt.
• UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes (can only be shipped via US Postal Service)
• The exceptional odd, overweight, and/or oversized items can only be shipped by common carrier (truck/air freight). Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery to 48 states. The states of Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico can anticipate 10-14 days for delivery.

Delivery times have many variables and are given at the time each ordered is scheduled with a freight forwarder.
